• Follows correct procedures for receiving, rotating, and storing ingredients and inventory.
• Ensures all incoming products meet Froggers Grill & Bar Quality standards and specifications.
• Ensures all incoming products are of proper size, freshness, and approved quality.
• Assembles products as per specifications and menu requirements.
• Ensures consistency and compliance with recipes and menu items.
• Serves only products of the highest standards to Guests and customers.
• Constantly seeks out products of higher quality and efficiency to enhance the Guest experience.
