- Maintain company vehicles properly and ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet project demands.
- Bury and run low-voltage wiring through landscape areas and lawns safely and efficiently.
- Mount transformers and connect wire runs according to specifications.
- Clean up all areas affected by installations to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Offer guidance and support to junior installers when needed.
- Inform and educate clients about additional products and services available from Outdoor Lighting Perspectives.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years).
- The ability to make a positive first impression through good grooming, articulation, and interpersonal skills.
- An aptitude for interacting with customers in a respectful and professional manner.
- Above-average technical ability and attention to detail.
- Systematic approach to work and proactive problem-solving skills.
- A strong sense of pride and integrity in work quality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
