Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Field Integrator with AT&T & Ericsson experience to join our team in the New Orleans market. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to integrate, test, and optimize AT&T's wireless network utilizing Ericsson technologies.

This is a long-term position and you MUST be authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Previous AT&T & Ericsson experience required.
  • You MUST have previous experience Integrating, Testing & Troubleshooting the 6673
  • Work collaboratively with the engineering and operations teams to integrate and test Ericsson-based wireless network solutions for AT&T
  • Perform site surveys, installation, commissioning, integration, optimization, and troubleshooting of AT&T's Ericsson-based wireless network equipment
  • Ensure quality control of Ericsson-based wireless network equipment, including commissioning procedures, equipment testing, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure compliance with AT&T and Ericsson technical standards and guidelines
  • Provide technical support to field technicians and engineers, as well as to internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Ericsson-based wireless network equipment and its integration with AT&T's network
  • Document installation, testing, and troubleshooting activities and results in accordance with AT&T and Ericsson procedures and guidelines
  • Perform software and hardware upgrades, modifications, and maintenance activities as required
  • Maintain a high level of technical expertise in Ericsson wireless network technologies and AT&T's network architecture
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in wireless network integration, optimization, and troubleshooting, with a focus on Ericsson equipment and AT&T's network
  • Strong technical expertise in Ericsson-based wireless network solutions, including BTS, NodeB, and eNodeB equipment, as well as RAN and Core network protocols
  • Solid understanding of AT&T's network architecture and technical requirements
  • Familiarity with RF propagation principles, cellular network design, and optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel to various locations within AT&T's coverage area as required
  • T-AT&T and/or Ericsson certifications preferred.
