Job Summary

Wexford Health Sources is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pinckneyville Correctional Center. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our justice-involved patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Under the guidance of Registered Nurses, direct and guide patient teaching activities commensurate with education and demonstrated competencies.
  • Utilize electronic medical record systems as applicable throughout the scope of duties and responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or American Safety and Health Institute.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
