Job Summary

As a Respiratory Therapist Registered PRN, you will provide critical care to patients with respiratory conditions, utilizing your expertise and critical thinking skills to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement treatment plans, including administering medications and providing respiratory care
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Preferred: 1 year of hospital experience
  • ACLS certification
  • CRT and BLS certification within 14 days of hire
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
