You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team, including BCAAs and BCBAs, to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment outcomes. We prioritize building strong relationships with our clients and their families, tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior plans as written, trained, and instructed by BCAAs/BCBAs.
  • Collect data during each session, accurately recording observations and outcomes.
  • Probe new skills and communicate results to the supervisor and team.
  • Create materials and resources as needed to support client learning.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an RBT.
  • Valid RBT certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
