As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in the industry. You will work closely with our Complete Clean Pledge, ensuring that all vehicles rented by our customers are safe and clean.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing vehicle interiors to meet Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Vacuuming and preparing vehicle interiors to meet Complete Clean Pledge standards
  • Washing, cleaning, and drying vehicle exteriors, including cars, vans, and trucks
  • Inspecting vehicles for damage, checking fuel levels, and verifying registration
  • Checking tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and reporting any safety concerns
  • Fueling and staging vehicles
  • Maintaining a clean and orderly work area, and reporting any unsafe or hazardous conditions
  • Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning supplies are available
  • Assisting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining the overall appearance of our branch locations, including general cleaning and upkeep
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
  • No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position
