Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist

Epic Travel Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in an outpatient setting. As a Travel Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to work in our outpatient clinic, treating patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient physical therapy and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development
Requirements:
  • IL License
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Experience in outpatient physical therapy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Geriatrics, neurology, ortho, outpatient clinic, AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive devices, body mechanics, identifying environmental barriers, pain assessment, strength testing, vital signs, documentation: assessment, discharge, evaluation, long term goals, plan of care, reassessments, short term goals, time management
  • Equipment and devices: crutches, gait belt, standard walker, traction table
  • Home exercise program, patient family education, signs & symptoms physical, sexual, psychological abuse, safety and injury prevention
  • Manual therapy, state licensed
  • Sport medicine, sliding boards, moist heat, phonophoresis, ultrasound, medications, EPIC, BCLS

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income. Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address). Estimated Weekly Rate: $2550 per week
