We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaping Consultant to join our team at TruGreen Limited Partnership. As a leading provider of lawn care services, we offer a unique opportunity for individuals to grow their careers while making a positive impact on the environment.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers to understand their lawn care needs and preferences. They will provide expert advice and recommendations on how to achieve and maintain a healthy and beautiful lawn. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations with customers to assess their lawn care needs
- Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet customer needs
- Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
