Information Assurance Manager with Security Clearance

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Information Assurance Manager with Security Clearance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for serving as the Senior Contractor Program Security Officer (SCPSO) for selected programs, managing risk, and fostering an environment that facilitates highly classified special programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Senior Contractor Program Security Officer for a portfolio of selected special programs
- Manage risk to ensure the protection of sensitive information, technology, and activities
- Foster an environment that facilitates highly classified special programs
- Supervise, train, and develop staff members
- Mentor and guide staff growth by providing feedback through performance reviews
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, technical writing, information technology, or a security-related field
- Seven or more years of program security experience as a CPSO, SSR, PSO, GSSO, or similar role
- Demonstrated capability to lead staff, solve complex problems, mentor, develop future leaders, and cultivate strong relationships across organizational boundaries
