Urology Nurse Practitioner Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Nurse Practitioner to join our team at AMN Healthcare, Inc.
Job Summary:
The Urology Nurse Practitioner will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive urology care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of urological conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Order and interpret laboratory and imaging studies as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication management and procedural interventions.
- Provide patient education and counseling on urological conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of New Jersey.
- Board certification in Urology Nursing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Urology Nurse Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
