We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Brio Living Services. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine daily assisted living care to residents, including hygiene care, toileting, oral care, and personal care.
- Assist with meal preparation and transportation of residents.
- Deliver enrichment activities and engage with residents to promote their well-being and quality of life.
- Collaborate with nurse managers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care is delivered in accordance with our mission statement and established procedures.
- Current and valid Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants.
- Experience providing direct care to the elderly is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and carry out directions.
- Ability to perform job-related duties that may require lifting, standing, bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling.
- A competitive hourly rate of $25.35, inclusive of the Michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a retirement savings plan.
- Daily pay and growth opportunities, including a school scholarship program.
