Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and sometimes physical and/or medical and behavioral disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a secure and responsive environment that enables consumers to maximize their physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual capabilities.
  • Assist with social skills, transportation, health and personal hygiene, food preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Transport individuals to appointments, community events, and outings.
  • Provide and assist with independent living skills training as needed.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certified Medication Technician (preferred).
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions to administer medications and document dosages and times.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to interact with clients and consumers in a positive manner within the community.
  • Provide patient care, update records, and complete forms accurately.
