About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prioritize invoices based on cash discount potential and payment terms.
- Process checks requests, audit credit card bills, and match invoices to checks.
- Communicate with departments regarding invoice status and accuracy.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
