We are looking for a skilled Accounting Professional to join our team at Smith Douglas Homes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the role.

Responsibilities:
  1. Annual property tax bill and utility bill processing
  2. Customer deposit, rebate, and refund check processing
  3. Timely and accurate vendor check release
  4. New vendor setup
  5. ACH banking information verification
  6. Vendor statement reconciliation
  7. Voided check reconciliation
  8. Utility transfer monitoring for closed homes
  9. Daily mail processing
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience
  • Home builder or construction experience a plus

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting system knowledge is essential. Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits:
