Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aggregate Dispatcher to join our team at Oldcastle SW Group, Inc. This role requires effective scheduling and dispatching of material orders from customers, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate material delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process telephone orders from customers
  • Dispatch truck fleet according to customer demands
  • Maintain communication with current and future customers
  • Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to assigned job sites
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Knowledge of the aggregate and construction industry preferred
  • 2 years' experience in order taking and aggregate dispatch preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) necessary
Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work well in a team environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate material delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
