Job Description:
">We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Skilled Home Healthcare Provider. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working with pediatric and adult patients who require private duty nursing services.
">About the Role:
">This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work independently, making decisions about patient care and developing individualized care plans.
">Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements:
">- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
