Black Girls Know Best (BGKB) is a pioneering organization dedicated to empowering Black girls and addressing systemic inequities. We are seeking a skilled Grant Writer to join our team and help secure funding for our programs and initiatives.

• Research and identify potential funding sources from foundations, corporations, and government agencies.
• Write and submit compelling grant proposals and applications that highlight the importance of funding initiatives for Black girls.
• Collaborate with program managers and other staff to gather necessary information for proposals.
• Develop comprehensive and accurate proposal budgets in coordination with finance staff.
• Prepare and submit grant reports as required by funders.

• Excellent writing and research skills.
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
