Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist Manager to join our team at HealthCare Support. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy services, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our pharmacy team, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize pharmacy performance, including cost management and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with our sales and account management teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the privacy, confidentiality, and security of patient information and property.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our pharmacy services.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice pharmacy in Rhode Island.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
  • Proficient in clinical interpretation: drug-drug, drug-disease, drug-food interactions and allergies.
  • Previous management/sales experience is ideal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

$81 to $82 an hour.
