Controlled Contamination Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Custodian to join our team. As a Night Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients in the Life Sciences, Technology, IT, Defense, and Aerospace industries.

• Janitorial Tasks: Perform daily janitorial tasks, including cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Trash Removal: Remove trash and recyclables from the facility and replace liners as needed.
• Floor Care: Mop floors and vacuum carpets to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Specialized Cleaning: Shampoo rugs and clean glass surfaces as required.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency cleaning situations and report to the shift supervisor as needed.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Previous work experience in a janitorial or maintenance role preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and attention to detail.

• Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
• Vision Requirements: Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
