Location: Serving Hampshire/Franklin County, MA, including Northampton, Greenfield, and North Quabbin.

Role Summary:
This position involves working within our early intervention program, dedicated to assisting families with young children who are experiencing developmental challenges. Our services are tailored to provide specialized support and intensive care for children facing developmental delays and autism spectrum disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and provide treatment for infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
  • Deliver Physical Therapy services across various community environments.
  • Educate parents and team members regarding physical therapy requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain accurate records.
  • Address family dynamics and facilitate service coordination.
  • Coordinate services effectively for families.
Qualifications:
  • Valid state and national licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Compliance with health and safety requirements.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Experience in working with young children is essential.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
  • Successful completion of background screening.
