Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse - RN to join our dynamic team at Dominion Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will contribute to delivering high-quality, efficient care to our patients while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care.
  • Manage the efficient flow of patients, including screening, preparation for exam, general nursing care, and arranging or testing and admissions.
  • Incorporate knowledge of patient's age-specific development and cultural diversity into the plan of care.

Educational Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license and have at least one year of experience in adult inpatient behavioral health nursing. You should also have a strong understanding of patient assessment, medication management, and crisis intervention techniques.

Compensation Package

Based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for this role, the estimated annual salary for this position is between $95,000 and $115,000, depending on your qualifications and experience.
