We are currently seeking full-time, part-time, and PRN/LC nurses for the day shift and night shift at our facility in Clovis. Our competitive hourly rate is $26-$29, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

As an LPN with Genesis HealthCare, your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and effective nursing care to our patients while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) and collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe, and report changes in condition.
  • Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
  • Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
  • Hold current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
  • Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
