In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of standard and/or customized medical devices, ensuring they meet customer specifications by adhering to established work protocols and organizational policies. Collaboration within a team environment is essential to guarantee the delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work guidelines, ensuring compliance with customer standards.
- Effectively operate and maintain necessary equipment.
- Conduct visual inspections of product quality and report any discrepancies.
- Identify defective items and recommend appropriate actions for rework or disposal.
- Comprehend the manufacturing process from initial stages to final quality checks.
- Complete all necessary documentation and training requirements.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow safety regulations.
- Participate in cross-training across various manufacturing functions.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
