Manufacturing Associate

As a Manufacturing Associate, you will start in an entry-level role and receive extensive training across multiple departments within the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Take immediate action to halt machinery in case of jams.
- Maintain physical stamina to bend, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
- Occasionally operate computers and machinery as required.
Work Environment:
The workplace is non-climate controlled but features fans, cooling stations, cooling cloths, and ice pops to enhance comfort during shifts.
Employees benefit from a paid 30-minute lunch break each day.
Safety Protocols:
The environment adheres strictly to safety and operational guidelines, and steel toe boots are mandatory for this position.
Compensation:
Hourly pay is competitive and varies based on the shift, with significant opportunities for advancement.
