Clinical Supervisor Position

Cancer Support Community is hiring a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical aspects of our program for cancer patients and their families.

In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of the Program and Clinical Director to ensure the program's clinical and operational success. This includes managing clinical staff, developing and implementing clinical policies, and collaborating with the Program Team to achieve program objectives.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clinical emergencies, recruiting and training licensed therapists, and maintaining accurate records of support group attendance and participation.

You will also lead weekly and monthly support groups, provide individual counseling sessions, and respond to community member needs in a timely and compassionate manner. A strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations is necessary, as well as adherence to established ethical standards.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a master's degree in a related field, such as marriage and family therapy or social work, along with at least five years of post-licensure experience and two years of supervisory experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this position.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $75,000 and $85,000, based on your level of experience and qualifications.
