Lumin Rooftop Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Lumin Rooftop Bartender to join our team at the AC Hotel Columbus Downtown. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, mixing craft cocktails, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to hotel standards.
• Set up and break down the bar area, ensuring it is clean and well-stocked.
• Manage liquor inventory, maintain accurate records, and follow all state liquor laws.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
