As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our residents, ensuring that they receive the highest quality care in a safe and compassionate environment.
#### Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure that resident care requirements are met
* Establish a positive and supportive environment by providing guidance and support to residents and families
* Provide information and answer questions from residents and staff
* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing policies and procedures
* Ensure resident confidentiality by monitoring and processing confidential information
* Manage documentation of resident care services
* Promote a collaborative relationship among healthcare teams
#### Requirements:
* Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
* Excellent computer skills
