Key Responsibilities- Clinical Support
- Assist with the collection of patient information and vital signs
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Patient Care Coordination
- Assist with scheduling appointments and procedures
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and effective patient care
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Medical Records Management
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies
- Assist with data entry and reporting as needed
- Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Licenses & Certifications
- C-BLS Certification (Preferred)
