Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Rehab

Shift Hours: Per Diem/PRN, 12-Hour Shifts

7:00 - 7:30 Days or Nights (includes weekdays & weekend shifts)

Per Diem Rate: $52/hr

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse at our rehabilitation facilities, you will work alongside a diverse group of healthcare professionals, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Language Therapists. You will also collaborate with Nursing Assistants to manage a reasonable patient load, helping individuals achieve their rehabilitation goals.

  • Conducting admissions and/or transfers
  • Performing initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments
  • Documenting patient information accurately and promptly using the EPIC system
  • Interpreting assessment and diagnostic data
  • Ensuring the precise processing of medical orders
  • Promoting continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Providing instruction and counseling to patients and their families

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Valid State RN License required
  • BLS certification required at hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred
  • Clinical experience preferred

Per Diem Requirement: Three shifts per 6-week schedule. One Saturday or Sunday, one minor/major holiday.
