  • Maintains a well-organized cleaning cart stocked with necessary supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning agents.
  • Conducts thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas to meet health and safety standards.
  • Performs detailed cleaning of various surfaces, including doors, windows, and furniture.
  • Checks and maintains fire safety equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Inspects areas for pest control and reports any concerns to management.
  • Replaces used linens and towels, disinfects bathrooms, and ensures all surfaces are clean.
  • Restocks room supplies such as toilet paper and soap.
  • Empties waste receptacles and manages waste disposal efficiently.
  • Observes safety protocols to protect guests and property, reporting any damages or unusual findings to management.
  • Communicates maintenance needs and lost items to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of storage areas and cleaning carts.
  • Handles laundry duties as required.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Skills:
Effective communication and adherence to instructions. Reliability in attendance and punctuality. Strong ethical standards and professionalism in conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in quality inspection processes.
  • Familiarity with room readiness inspections.
  • Preferred certification in Blood Borne Pathogens.
  • Background in hotel, apartment, or cleaning services.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in continuous movement, including standing, walking, and lifting. Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying environmental conditions is expected.
