Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Production Operator to join our team at the Olympia Plant. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for general labor duties, including housekeeping, sorting cans, and rework products. You may also be required to perform product repair as requested.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general labor duties, including housekeeping, sorting cans, and rework products.
  • May perform product repair as requested.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including OSHA and WISHA rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months' work experience in a manufacturing company is highly desirable.
  • Mechanical experience working in a manufacturing setting or familiarity with power and hand tools are preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, evenings (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.), weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
