FP&A Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to take on the role of Director, FP&A. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team, where you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function.

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the financial stability of the organization.
• Develop and implement financial models and forecasts, utilizing advanced Excel and Oracle EPM.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide strategic guidance based on financial analysis and projections, cost identification and allocation, and revenue/expense analysis.
• Leverage your property and casualty insurance experience to provide expert advice and guidance to the team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements, including but not limited to, STAT reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business strategies, improving overall operational efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the technology industry.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, advanced Excel, and Oracle EPM is required.
• Experience in property and casualty insurance, insurance, and STAT reporting is a must.
• Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills, with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate financial information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
