**Job Responsibilities**

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and efficient service delivery.

Your duties will include:

  • Cleaning Public Areas: Keeping public areas neat and removing trash, mopping floors and cleaning carpets as necessary or as requested by management.
  • Assisting Housekeepers: Assisting housekeeper in stripping floors and vacuuming when required.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Cleaning kitchen light fixtures, under refrigerators, ceiling fans, sliding glass door tracks and other items as assigned.

Additionally, you will be responsible for deep cleaning public areas as assigned and using the L.E.A.R.N Model for all guest recovery incidents that occur.
