We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at TriStar Centennial Medical Center. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and record patient symptoms and conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and maintain accurate and detailed records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote health and wellness
- Current RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- ACLS and PALS certification within 1 year of employment
- CPI certification within 6 months of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the emergency room
