Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative neonatology practice in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work closely with our neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level II NICU care to newborns and their families
• Collaborate with neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct normal newborn care and delivery attendance
• Work autonomously with a combination of in-house and on-call neonatologist supervision
Requirements:
• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master's degree
• Highly prefer 2 years experience in Level III/IV NICU
