About the Role:
- As a Night Shift Registered Nurse, you will provide exceptional care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their stay.
- You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes patient-centered care, working closely with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- This role requires strong communication skills, as you will be responsible for effectively communicating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
About You:
- We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with current licensure in the State of Oklahoma or a multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- A minimum of one year of experience in Labor and Delivery is preferred, but we encourage applicants with relevant medical-surgical or obstetrics experience to apply.
- You must be able to communicate effectively in English and possess excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex patient scenarios.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $ 85,000 - 105,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
