Job Overview

OnePlace Home Health, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional home health care services, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of client care plans, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
  • Attend regular in-service training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting independence and dignity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Home Health Aide certification obtained through an approved program.
  • One year of experience in home health care or a related field.
  • CPR certification and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Benefits:
