Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team at MAB Community Services. As a Residential Counselor, you will provide support to participants in cluster homes, promoting their personal growth and community membership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to participants in cluster homes, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote participants' independence and community integration.
  • Collaborate with the Residential Coordinator and other team members to ensure high-quality care and support services.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree and/or related experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and community professionals.
  • Valid MA driver's license and ability to drive program vehicles.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry lightweight and moderately heavy objects.

Work Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday 9a-4p, Saturday 9a-9p

MBK RC1 Sunday 9a-9p, Tuesday 9a-11p, Wednesday 9a-4p
