About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician to join our emergency team at Ethos Veterinary Health. As a key member of our ER team, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer experiences and delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Triage incoming patients and manage clients throughout their visit
  • Partner with DVMs in patient assessment, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
  • Obtain and process laboratory samples, including blood, urine, free fluid, and fine needle aspirates
  • Utilize various imaging modalities for patient assessment
  • Execute, monitor, and recover all assigned sedation and anesthetic events
Requirements
  • CA RVT license required
  • At least 2+ years of clinical ER experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Consistent and reliable ability to perform mathematical calculations for drug doses, CRIs, client invoices, and estimates
  • High level of venipuncture skills, math calculations, and patient handling
