Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Medication Aide to join our team at one of our skilled communities. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents by administering medications in accordance with state and federal laws, under the supervision of licensed staff.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to residents in accordance with state and federal laws and under the supervision of licensed staff
  • Provide direct care to residents to ensure their quality of life and offer additional support to family and visitors
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest medication administration practices and regulations
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 16 years of age with a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a Certified Medication Aide Course approved by or adopted by the State of Kansas and a current CMA Certificate
