About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Practitioner to join our team at UMortgage. As a Scrum Practitioner - Hybrid Role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, ensuring the team adheres to Scrum principles, and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team participation and idea sharing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on project management practices, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery, eliminating waste and increasing efficiency.
  • Assist in refining the project intake process and prioritization methods, ensuring that projects align with business objectives.
  • Communicate project updates to leadership and other stakeholders, providing transparent and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 4-5 years in a scrum master, project management role, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.
