As a Software Developer in Test, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test automation strategies, creating automation test plans, and configuring Selenium test environments. You will also be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing test automation resources, designing and developing automated tests, and integrating with CI/CD tools and pipelines.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer in Test who can work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to the overall company success.

Key Responsibilities:

\u2022 Design and implement test automation strategies
\u2022 Create automation test plans and get approvals
\u2022 Configure Selenium test environments
\u2022 Create, organize, and manage test automation resources
\u2022 Design and develop automated tests
\u2022 Integrate with CI/CD tools and pipelines
\u2022 Triage, troubleshoot, and document defects
\u2022 Document QA procedures for the team
\u2022 Work closely with engineering and QA to manage and improve the development pipeline
\u2022 Perform and write automated functional, system, regression, and integration testing
\u2022 This is a "floating position" supporting multiple Scrum teams as surge requirements dictate

Requirements:

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical degree
\u2022 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to the overall company success
\u2022 Must have experience working in an agile environment
\u2022 Must have comprehensive technical expertise on IT products, operating systems, software, hardware, systems, and networks
\u2022 Must have experience developing test plans and test procedures

Preferred Requirements:

\u2022 Experience using at least two (2) automation tools/technologies
\u2022 8+ years automated S/W development and testing experience
\u2022 Java, C#, or Python development experience
\u2022 Flat File Processing, API, or Backend testing
\u2022 Visual Studio
\u2022 T-SQL
\u2022 Must have experience developing test plans and test procedures

Security Clearance Requirements:

Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)

Citizenship Requirement:

U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity
