Production Operator II

Job Summary:
A Production Operator II at Bio-Rad Laboratories is responsible for performing diverse assignments across multiple production areas. They will independently complete small projects following minimal guidance, maintaining a safe and clean work environment according to cGMP and standard operating procedures. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with legal regulations and monitor environmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and troubleshooting production equipment
- Documenting activities meticulously through forms, reports, and batch records
- Providing testing support in the lab as needed
- Performing equipment calibrations and assisting in final kits assembly
- Delivering finished goods to warehousing using carts or pallet trucks
- Conducting quality inspections throughout production stages
Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to work in a clean-room environment with appropriate gowning restrictions
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
