The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties (CPARC) is in search of a full-time Residential Supervisor for our apartment program dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct care staff in a residential setting.
- Deliver direct support to individuals receiving services.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of residents at the assigned location.
- Oversee the training, evaluation, and supervision of staff members.
- Participate in on-call duties and maintain necessary documentation on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster professional relationships with families, colleagues, and other professionals.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.
- Hold an Associate's degree in a human services-related field or have two years of relevant experience in a residential setting.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising direct care staff who assist individuals with disabilities.
As a Residential Supervisor, you will receive a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, long-term disability coverage, three weeks of vacation during the first year of employment, a retirement plan, and an extensive paid training program. The starting pay for this full-time position is $19.45 per hour.
