Security Director

Infojini is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team.

• Security Guard Management: Oversee the management and training of security guards to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations.
• Staffing and Onboarding: Hire and onboard new security guards, ensuring they meet the required standards and are properly integrated into the team.
• Scheduling: Develop and implement the security guard staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage and minimize costs.
• Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Inspections and Investigations: Conduct regular security inspections and investigate security threats and breaches to identify areas for improvement.
• Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and present comprehensive security reports to executives, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.
• Departmental Budgeting: Develop and manage the departmental budget to ensure effective resource allocation and minimize costs.
• Emergency Response Training: Lead company-wide emergency response trainings to ensure all employees are prepared to respond to security incidents.
• Technology Recommendations: Identify and recommend new security technologies to enhance the security posture of the organization.
• Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion in all security-related matters and ensure the team adheres to security and privacy laws and standards.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
