Maintenance Technician Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker at McDonald's, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Filtering oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a high level of hygiene
  • Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
  • Taking out and emptying the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
  • Changing light bulbs and cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
  • Attention to detail to ensure quality work
