About the Role

Bridge Counseling Associates (BCA) is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a licensed therapist, you will work with diverse client populations, providing evidence-based practices to address substance abuse, mental health, and family challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients with various mental health needs.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, collaborating with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Conduct assessments, evaluations, and diagnostic testing to identify client needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and industry developments to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a Human Services field (e.g., Counseling, Psychology, Social Work).
  • Nevada licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
  • Experience in evidence-based practices, particularly those addressing substance abuse, mental health, and family challenges.
  • Knowledge of community resources, least restrictive level of care, and best practices for vulnerable clients.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
