About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Sares Regis Group in the Inland Empire region. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance services to our properties, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment, fixtures, and appliances
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work on external and internal repairs, including drywall, painting, fence and gate repairs, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Participate in emergency and after-hours coverage as required
  • Maintain inventory and prepare related paperwork
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or related experience a plus
  • Must have experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint, appliances, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skill in performing quality work; ability to use required tools and machinery
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with residents, vendors, and colleagues
  • Ability to read and interpret service orders and documents

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $24.00-$26.00/hour, a 401(K) match, rental incentive, and renewal compensation. Regular full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, as well as vacation accrual and sick time accrual in accordance with law.
