The House Supervisor is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of hospital activities during their scheduled shift. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage hospital activities, patient care, and policy execution during the scheduled shift.
- Review staffing patterns, verify attendance, and assist with staffing coverage as needed.
- Inform departmental leaders of staff activities, needs, problems, and unusual events.
- Investigate and report complaints from patients, visitors, and employees.
- Monitor and facilitate patient flow in and out of the hospital.
- Guide and advise clinical staff on clinical instructions.
- Communicate with patients, nurses, other healthcare professionals, family members, and visitors.
